Kelompok Belajar atau Kejar adalah jalur pendidikan nonformal yang difasilitasi oleh Pemerintah untuk siswa yang belajarnya tidak melalui jalur sekolah.
Peserta kejar Paket C dapat mengikuti Ujian Kesetaraan SMU/SMK/MA. Setiap peserta yang lulus berhak memiliki sertifikat (ijazah) yang setara dengan pendidikan formalnya.
